The only foreign-born Level 4 Evolsaur is a more defensive and more backwards Kerato.

If the defense power goes up, 2500 will be enough status as a wall role, but it's not enough to use other "Evolsaur" slots. The latter half of the effect can't be used because it tends to be the target of effect destruction as the defensive power rises. In the first place, there is also 《Evo-Diversity》.
